Join us in Breaking a World Record: March 15, 2021 at 2:00pm EST

Arts Help & The Remington Group have teamed up with the world-renowned Guinness World Records to set a new world record for the most amount of drawing videos uploaded within an hour and we would love for you to be a part of it. During COVID-19 it is important for us to focus on the things that make us feel good - and what better way to do that than by coming together as a community and collectively making art.

Taking place right after our Art + for Health virtual event, On March 15th, 2021 between 2 pm and 3 pm EST - you can become a part of history by simply uploading a video on Instagram, of your drawing using the following guidelines below.
(Note: your instagram page must be public to qualify & you may create a temporary/new page for your submission )

For the purposes of this record, a 'drawing' is defined as an artwork made up of a series of linear markings made by hand using: pencil (lead/graphite/carbon), coloured pencil, crayon, charcoal, pen, marker, and/or ink (ballpoint pen). Any of these materials are perfect for creating your piece.
Each uploaded video must clearly show a person drawing a picture for at least 5 seconds. Each video must include; the individual's face, arm/hand, drawing utensil, and drawing.
Participants are permitted to draw an image of their choosing. Each participant must be actively drawing a recognizable image; scribbling or abstract drawings will not be permitted for this activity.
Each participant must post their finished drawing between 2pm EST - 3pm EST to be a part of the world record.
No 'user' may upload more than one video for multiple people. One post per person and per account only.
Must use specific hashtag (#Artshelp2021) and uploaded to an open profile (private accounts will not be a part of the world record) **helpful tip: you can make your account public for 2 hours and then go back to private after the event**
Must be uploaded between 2 PM - 3 PM EST to Instagram
